Its More Difficult

With MSNBC, Time magazine, CNN, and the rest of the mainstream media joining forces in proclaiming Hillary's candidacy "damaging" and "over" I feel less and less like a liberal American. While it certainly makes it more difficult for Hillary to get the nomination at this point (and to what extent the media's role has damaged her candidacy we'll never know) Hillary still has every right to soldier on.
2025 is the number of delegates needed to gain the nomination guys! NOT whoever is closer to 2025 :)

Those pesky rules are so annoying !

Oh Gosh

So I've been away for awhile.

While I've been away it seems that the Obama network (aka MSNBC) has every pundit calling for Hillary to drop out of the race. Eventhough, as Joe Scarborough (a Republican) rightfully points out that the rules for Democratic nomination include superdelegates being able to make their own independent choice for the nominee. A fact that Keith Bill-O-Reilly Olbermann has no intention of accepting. He'll just keep bringing elitist Obama hack Richard Wolfe as a guest to explain every thought in his own head so his show can be renamed "Countdown to echo chamber".

The New Bill O'Reilly

Keith Olberman, a journalist/pundit I use to respect, has become the man he often calls "the worst person in the world". He is the one-sided, pompous advocate, and personal Bill O'Reilly for the Obama campaign.. Tonight Olbermann in his "superior" judgement posited that Samantha Powers being fired from the Obama campaign for calling Hillary a "monster" among other things was parallel to Ferraro resigning for stating that Obama had been lucky to be where he is because he is not white or a woman. Problem is Ferraro said nothing racist or offensive. Everyone knows that Obama's candidacy is a historic one and that he is a gifted politician. Ferraro states this. But it is ALSO true that Hillary has received negative coverage for no warranted reason while Obama has received many free passes mainly because of 2 things: 1) the media is afraid of being perceived as "racist" 2) the nation (media included) is caught up in the "concept" of his candidacy---Ferraro's words (paraphrased).

I respect Geraldine Ferraro for not backing down to the propaganda broadcasts by Countdown, Hardball, and the rest of NBC and MSNBC.

On a personal note I am glad this came up again because I thought it was disgusting how the media (mainly MSNBC) painted the picture of Bill Clinton "injecting race" into the campaign. Ferraro shows hows it done- Go and defend yourself.

Fight. Fight. Fight.

A New Kind Of Politics, Eh?

From The Scotsman
Senior Obama advisor had this to say to a foreign paper:

"We f***** up in Ohio," she admitted. "In Ohio, they are obsessed and Hillary is going to town on it, because she knows Ohio's the only place they can win.

"She is a monster, too – that is off the record – she is stooping to anything," Ms Power said, hastily trying to withdraw her remark.

Ms Power said of the Clinton campaign: "Here, it looks like desperation. I hope it looks like desperation there, too.

"You just look at her and think, 'Ergh'. But if you are poor and she is telling you some story about how Obama is going to take your job away, maybe it will be more effective. The amount of deceit she has put forward is really unattractive."

Oh Obama! What happened to being above it all? A new hope? Nahhh forget all that.. your opponent is "monster"! but shhh..
